Our Heavenly Father in the Name of Jesus we come before You and pray for these dear ones who've lost their lives. Father we pray that You would have mercy upon their souls and help them to rest in peace. Lord we also pray for the bereaved families and friends who mourn over their death. We thank you Father that we have a High Priest who is able to understand, sympathize and have a fellow feeling in our weakness and infirmities . Therefore, we pray that You Lord would give your people the grace and strength to bear this pain and help them to understand that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Lord be with them, comfort and console them at this moment. Fill them Lord with Your peace which transcends all understanding and help them to understand that You Jesus are the Life, the Word and the Resurrection. From You we come and to You we go and that our health, well-being, life and future are in Your very hands. Clear away all the doubts that they may have at this moment through the light of Your Word and help them to pass through this valley of sorrow and pain with renewed hope, strength and faith in You. KISKA IS RUNNING FREE W/ U JAMIE IN HEAVEN.  / MOM,

DEAR JAMIE, 


IT'S 3 DAYS B 4 UR BIRTHDAY.  YOU ALWAYS SAID YOU WANTED TO STAY YOUNG AND FREE, AND FOREVER 21. 

I GUESS YOU WANTED ANOTHER PRESENT AS WELL, B/C OUR  KISKA HAS NOW JOINED YOU IN HEAVEN .  I KNOW YOUR BOTH RUNNING WILD AND FREE. 

TODAY SEPTEMBER 22ND WE LAID OUR DOG KISKA TO REST.  AFTER HER BEING SO WEIGHED DOWN WITH EARTHLY PAINS OF ARTHIRITIS,AND THE BIG "C" BUT STILL,  BEING SO STRONG AND LOVING AND CARING TILL THE VERY END. THOSE BIG BROWN EYES OF HERS I WILL REMEMBER 4 EVER & ALWAYS, ANDNOW, I WILL HAVE THOSE EYES WATCHING OVER ME. 

I HAVE SHED MANY TEARS AND SLEEPLESS NIGHTS OF LOSING THIS KIND, GENTLE, COMPASSIONATE FRIEND, WHO WAS WITH ME EVERY DAY AND NIGHT AND GAVE ME SO MUCH COMFORT THIS PAST  14 MONTHS.  SHE WAS THERE EVERYNIGHT AS I SIT UNDER THE STARS AND CRIED AND  TALKED WITH YOU JAMIE. 

 KISKA WOULD ALWASY NUDGE MY ARM AND PUT HER HEAD ON MY LAP TO COMFORT ME AND THEN  ACT ALERT WHEN SHE COULD SENSE YOU. SHE WOULD THEN LICK THE AIR, LIKE SHE WAS LICKING YOUR HAND.     SHE WOULD ALSO LOOK IN THE FAMILY ROOM WINDOW EVERYNIGHT AS I WATCH TV OR WORK ON THE COMPUTER AND WOULD LET ME KNOW TO BE ALERT. 

EVEN AT THE VERY END KISKA WOULD BARK WHEN THIS BRAVE LITTLE BABY SKUNK CAME INTO THE YARD.  

AS I WALK AROUND THE YARD, KISKA HAS LEFT MANY MEMORIES BEHIND OF HOW SHE WOULD LAY IN THE FLOWER GARDENS IN GET IN THE MULCH OR HER FAVORITE LITTLE RESTING PLACES  AND THEN GETTING ME OUT WALKING. OR SHE WOULD KNOCK OVER THE  LAWN ORNMENTS

KISKA, WAS NOT ONLY OUR FAMILY PET, SHE WAS LOYAL FRIEND, SHE WAS A PRESENT FROM JAMIE TO ME AND BRANDON. 

 JAMIE, I STILL REMEMBER WHEN YOU BROUGHT HOME THE PICTURE OF KISKA  AND SAID, YOU WORKED WITH A GAL WHO WAS LOOKING FOR A HOME FOR THIS DOG, B/C SHE NO LONGER HAD THE TIME TO WALK AND CARE FOR THE DOG AS NEEDED.  AND I HAD BEEN SAYING OF HOW MUCH I WANTED A DOG, SO I WOULD HAVE A WALKING PARTNER, WHICH SHE WAS.



WE DID ALOT OF WALKING, RUNNING 2 GETHER,   SHE ACUTALLY WALKED ME IN THE BEGINNING , BUT I COULD USUALLY RUN AND TIRE HER OUT , THEN  SHE WAS HAPPY TO GET HOME AGAIN AND DRINK A BIG DISH OF WATER. 

SO I AM THANKFUL FOR KISKA, B/C SHE GAVE THIS FAMILY, LOVE, JOY AND COMFORT, IN HER PAST 3 YEARS WITH US , SHE GAVE SO MUCH AND WE GAVE HER THE LOVE AND COMPASSION SHE DESERVED. SO, I PAMPERED AND CARED FOR HER LIKE YOU WOULD AN EDERLY PERSON AND SPENT MANY NIGHTS UP WITH HER, APPLYING HEAT , LOVE AND ATTENTION, BUT IT WAS WORTH EVERY MINUTE AND DOLLOR SPENT TO DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE FOR HER, AND TO GIVE HER SO MUCH LOVE & CARE IN HER LATER, YEARS OF LIFE.

BUT JAMIE, AS MUCH AS I'M  HURTING, I KNOW UR LETTING ME KNOW THAT KISKA IS WITH YOU, SOURING LIKE A BIRD AND RUNNING LIKE A WOLF.  SHE IS SO EXCITED, RUNNING TROUGH THE FIELDS AND YOUR SAYING " IT'S JUST CRAZY" , SHE SO FREE OF THAT EARTHLY BODY , THAT CAUSED HER SO MUCH PAIN. 

HER COAT IS WHITE AS SNOW AND SHE LOOKS SO PRETTY, LIKE SHE ALWAYS DID IN THE WINTER TIME.  LIKE THE PICTURE I TOOK LAST WINTER.(ON FRONT PAGE) AND LIKE THE PICTURE YOU BROUGHT HOME TO ME , 3 YEARS AGO AND PROUDLY HAD IT DISPLAYED ON THE FRIDGE ALL THIS TIME.  SO I THANK YOU 4 ALL THE WONDERFUL TIMES WE HAD 2 GETHER WITH KISKA AND I THANK GOD 4 LETTING ME KNOW UR WITH ME.  

B/ W BRANDON, HE IS BEING STRONG AS ALWAYS , BUT KNOW HE IS FEELING THIS GREAT LOSS.  I KNOW YOU WILL BE WITH HIM TOMORROW AS HE STARTS A NEW JOB.

WELL JAMIE WE HAD A SURPRISE PARTY FOR MIKE 21ST BIRTHDAY ON SATURDAY NIGHT AND I KNOW YOU WERE THERE. I came upon Jamie's page as I was searching for some information on my birth date, which happens to be the exact same as Jamie's, September 25, 1984. I couldn't help but be taken away by the outpouring of love he had, and continues to have. I wish I would've had the pleasure of knowing him, but I felt compelled to at least offer my condolences to all family & friends. He was definitely a special person to all that knew him.
I will keep Jamie in my prayers & be thinking of him as our birthday approaches. God bless all of you :)
